जिम्मेवारी निभाने का प्रभाव-ज्यादातर लोग इस वजह से भी जीवन में असफल रहते है ।क्योंकि वे लोग ना अपनी जिम्मेवारी निभाते है ।तथा ना ही अपनी त्रुटियों के लिए स्वयं को दोषी मानते है ।चूकि जब तक इंसान वास्तविक कारण का पता कर उसका समाधान खोजने का प्रयास नहीं करेगा ,तब  तक वह उस विषय में सफलता अर्जित  नहीं कर पायेगा ।अर्थात

यदि व्यक्ति कोई ग़लती करता है ।और उसे स्वीकार नहीं करता है ।तो वह उस ग़लती को सुधारने के सारे विकल्प स्वयं ही समाप्त कर देता है ।अतः व्यक्ति  द्वारा  जाने अनजाने में हुई ग़लती को स्वीकार करना चाहिए ।और फिर उस ग़लती को दुरुस्त करना चाहिए ।तभी वह व्यक्ति उस विषय में ग़लती सुधार कर आगे बढ़ पायेगा ।अथवा सफल होगा ।

जिम्मेवारी निभाना क्यों जरुरी

इसी प्रकार जब महत्वपूर्ण विषय हो ,और समय सीमा निश्चित हो ।ऐसे समय में कोई व्यक्ति यह मान ले ,कि उक्त कार्य अन्य कोई कर लेगा तब संभावना असफलता की ही बनती है ।इसलिए चाहे कैसा भी कार्य हो ,हमें अपनी जिम्मेवारी समझते हुए निश्चित समय सीमा में अन्य किसी के भरोसे न टालकर स्वयं के द्वारा ही  कार्य रूप देना चाहिए ।

विश्व में भारत कुछ क्षेत्रों में अभी भी बहुत पीछे है। यदि आप इसके मूल कारण को खोजेंगे तो पाएंगे कि इसका एक मुख्य कारण अपनी जिंदगी को औरों की जिम्मेदारी समझना है।

कोई भी काम गलत हो जाए, उससे चाहे कितनी ही हानि हो, लोग दूसरों पर जिम्मेदारी डाल खुद को मुक्तकर लेते हैं। किसी भी काम की जिम्मेदारी लेना, समझना और उसे पूरा करना सफलता की ओर पहला कदम है। अपने सोलह वर्षो के प्राचार्य काल के अनुभव में मैंने देखा कि कुछ बच्चे जो अपना परिणाम अच्छा न आने या अंक कम आने का कारण अस्वस्थ होना, घर में शादी या त्योहार या अपने अध्यापक गण को मानते रहे, जिंदगी में ज्यादा आगे नहीं बढ़ पाए। उन्होंने अपने अवांछित परिणाम की जिम्मेदारी अपने ऊपर कभी नहीं ली।

इसी प्रकार business या जीवन पथ पर भी जो लोग अपनी ग़लतियों को स्वीकार करते  है ।और फिर उन्हें सुधार कर आगे बढ़ते है ।वे लोग आगे चलकर ऊँचाइयों को छूते है ।और सफलता को प्राप्त करते है ।

स्वीकारे बगर सुधार संभव नहीं ।
