Information CTET
In accordance with Section 23 of the RTE Act, the National Council for Teacher Education established the minimum qualifications necessary to be appointed as a teacher for grades I through VIII in Notifications dated August 23, 2010 and July 29, 2011. Among other things, it was stipulated that a person must pass the Teacher Eligibility Test, which will be administered by the appropriate government in accordance with the NCTE’s guidelines, in order to be eligible for employment as a teacher in any of the schools listed in Clause (n) of Section 2 of the RTE Act.
