The engine is an all-aluminium, undersquare engine (bore 65.5 mm or 2.58 in and stroke 66.2 mm or 2.61 in) running a compression ratio of 9:1.
Why did Karizma bike stop?
Due to the ABS ruling, Hero deemed it unsuitable to allocate resources to the unsuccessful motorcycle, resulting in only 76 units being sold in the previous fiscal year. Consequently, the 223cc legend is not being marketed in the domestic market.
Which is better bore and stroke?
The shorter the stroke, the lower the piston acceleration at a given rpm, allowing shorter-stroke engines to generally operate at higher revs, and therefore produce more power.
