बीएसए गोल्ड स्टार को क्लासिक लुक देने के लिए फ्यूल टैंक को फिर से डिजाइन किया जा रहा है, इसकी क्षमता 15 से 18 लीटर तक हो सकती है। दावे के मुताबिक इस बाइक को एक लीटर फ्यूल में 25 किलोमीटर तक आराम से चलाया जा सकता है, यानी यह 25kmpl का माइलेज देने की क्षमता रखती है। एडवांस फीचर्स के नाम पर इसमें चार्जिंग पॉइंट, नेविगेशन और ब्लूटूथ कनेक्टिविटी दिए जाने की संभावना है।
इसके आने से रॉयल एनफील्ड के साथ-साथ कावासाकी निंजा को भी देश में चुनौती मिलने वाली है, हालांकि हाल ही में जारी एक रिपोर्ट में खुलासा हुआ था कि रॉयल एनफील्ड रेट्रो स्टाइल वाली 600cc इंजन वाली बाइक भी लॉन्च करने जा रही है।
