Triumph has used his Moto2 learnings effectively and given a number of updates to its 765cc triple engine. On the Moto 2 Edition and RS, the motor is detuned to generate 130PS and 80Nm, while the R currently produces 120PS and 80Nm.
The Street Triple Moto2, RS and R use the same Euro 5/BS6-compliant 765 cc in-line 3-chamber motor. All things considered, they are tuned for different power outputs. It has Showa 41mm Topsy Turvy Large Cylinder Forks (BPF) at the front and Öhlins STX40 Piggyback Supply monoshock at the rear. Again, slowing equipment includes Brembo Stylema four-cylinder outspread monobloc calipers at the front and twin 310 mm drifting circles with 220 mm back plates. The offending Moto 2 Edition comes with an Öhlins NIX 30 fork / Öhlins STX 40 monoshock – both fully customizable, while the stopping mechanism is indistinguishable from the RS variation.
The bike use Showa’s topsy turvy forks, the RS comes with better performing Big Cylinder Units (BPF) while the R uses different capacity Big Cylinder Forks (SF-BPF). The same applies to the rear monoshock: where the former option uses a fully customizable Öhlins STX40 shock with piggyback supply, while the final option uses a Showa unit, which is similarly fully customizable. Slowing is via Brembo Stylema calipers at the front for the RS variants and Brembo M4.32 calipers (both with double 310 mm plates) in the R models, while at the rear both variants use 220 mm discs with Brembo calipers.

The 2024 Triumph Street Triple RS gets restorative updates in the form of twin-case Drove fog lights, a stronger scheme for the bodywork, a 15-litre gas tank, a gullwing swingarm and a more refined scheme for the radiator cowls.
