”मेरा युवा वैज्ञानिको से आग्रह है ‘विश्व कल्याण’के लिए मानव ‘कल्याण’के लिए कोरोना की वैक्सीन (vaccine )का बेडा उठाये”।हम धैर्य बनाकर रखेंगे ,नियमो का पालन करेंगे।

सप्तसदी विजय के 7 नियम। वयम् राष्ट्रीय जाग्रयाम

देशवासियों से इन्हे follow करने का आह्वान किया तथा उत्साह वर्जन भी किया ……….

first अपने घर के बुजुर्गो का विशेष ध्यान रखे ।विशेषकर जिन्हें पुरानी बीमारी हो।उनकी हमे extra केयर करनी है ।उन्हें कोरोना से बहुत बचाकर रखना है ।

second लॉकडाउन और social distancing की ”लक्षमण रेखा” का पूरी तरह पालन करे। घर में बने face cover (विशेषकर घर में बने हुए का )मास्क का अनिवार्य रूप से उपयोग करे ।

third अपनी इम्युनिटी बढ़ाने हेतु आयुष मंत्रालय द्वारा निर्देशो का हमे पालन करना चाहिए।जैसे गर्म पानी ,एवं काढ़ा इनका निरंतर सेवन करे ।

fourth कोरोना संक्रमण फैलाव को रोकने में मदद करने के लिए ,”आरोग्य सेतु मोबाईल एप” जरुर डाउन लोड करे ।

fifth जितना हो सके गरीब परिवार की देख रेख करे,उनके भोजन की आवश्यकता पूरी करे।

sixth आप अपने व्यवसाय,अपने उद्योग में साथ काम करे (करने वाले )                लोगो के प्रति संवेदना रखे।किसी को नौकरी से न निकाले।

seventh देश के कोरोना योद्धाओ ,हमारे doctor ,नर्सेज, सफाईकर्मी,  पुलिसकर्मी ऐसे सभी लोगो का हम सम्मान करे।आदर पूर्वक उनका गौरव करे। वयम् राष्ट्रीय जाग्रयाम ।

First, take special care of the elders of your home. Especially those who have a chronic disease. We have to take extra care of them. They have to be protected a lot from the corona.

Follow the “Laxman Line” of second lockdown and social distancing completely. Use of home-made face cover (especially of home-made) mask must.

Third, to increase your immunity, we should follow the instructions by the Ministry of AYUSH. Take hot water and decoction regularly.

To help prevent the fourth corona infection spread, download the “Arogya Setu Mobile App”.

The fifth should look after the poor family as much as possible, to fulfill their food requirements.

Sixth, you should work with people in your business, in your industry. Have compassion for the people. Do not expel anyone from your job.

Corona warriors of the seventh country, our doctors, nurses, scavengers, policemen should respect all such people. Honor them respectfully.
