What Is NDA?
The National Defense Academy (NDA) is a joint service academy of the Indian Armed Forces, in which candidates from all three services, the Army, the Navy and the Air Force, are trained simultaneously. NDA Education Qualification
For Army wing in NDA, 12th pass from a recognized board and for Navy, Air force wing and NA (10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme) 12th pass with Physics and Maths is necessary. Nationality Eligibility Conditions

NDA Paper 1 syllabus
Mathematics Paper: In Mathematics paper, questions are asked from Algebra, Matrices and Determinants, Trigonometry, Analytical Geometry of two and three dimensions, Differential Calculus, Integral Calculus and Differential Equations, Vector Algebra and Statistics and Probability.
General Ability Paper: This General Ability paper is divided into two parts – A and B. Part A is of English, in which questions related to spelling error correction, grammar and usage, vocabulary, comprehension etc. will be asked. This Part A is of 200 marks. The same Part B is of General Knowledge and it is of 400 marks. In this, questions related to Physics, Chemistry, General Science, History and Freedom Movement, Important Days, Social Studies and Current Affairs are asked.
Candidates are given two and a half hours each for both the papers, objective type questions are asked in both these papers and both the papers are in both English and Hindi languages.
