TVS Raider Price:
The TVS Raider is available in two variants: drum brake variant priced at Rs 84,573 and a front disc brake variant priced at Rs 90,989 (ex-showroom Delhi). The 125cc bike is available in four different shades: Striking Red, Blazing Blue, Wicked Black and Fiery Yellow.
TVS Rider Features:
The TVS Raider is loaded to the gill with features. It comes packed with all-digital instrument cluster displaying real time mileage, range, gear position with gear shift indicator, helmet reminder, Eco and Power ride modes, three tripmeters, odometer, clock, top speed and average speed recorder, and fuel gauge. If that wasn’t enough, then TVS will soon be rolling out a new variant with a 5-inch TFT screen complete with Bluetooth connectivity.
In addition to that, the Raider also gets an all-LED headlamp with DRLs, an LED tail lamp, and halogen indicators. It also features an optional USB charging port, CBS, and a standard underseat storage.
TVS Raider Engine:
The TVS Raider is propelled by an all-new 124.8cc single-cylinder, air-cooled, three-valve, fuel-injected engine. It produces 11.38PS and 11.2Nm, paired to a 5-speed gearbox. Moreover, the engine features TVS’ patented oil-cooled combustion chamber with an internal oil cooler. TVS claims a fuel efficiency of 67kmpl, which is quite good for the 125cc bike segment.
The TVS Raider 125 gets two ride modes: Eco and Power. A three percent drop in performance can be witnessed on the Eco mode, but the mileage increases by a claimed three percent. Interestingly, switching to the Power mode offers a claimed 10 per cent higher top speed, with a 0.4 seconds quicker 0-60kmph sprint.
Additionally, the bike features an integrated starter generator for silent starts, and an idling stop-start system to conserve fuel in heavy traffic. The bike shuts off after a while when it is halted and is in neutral. It then turns back on with slight throttle input.

TVS Rider Underpinnings:
The TVS Raider gets a telescopic front fork and a 5-step preload-adjustable gas-charged monoshock. Braking hardware includes a 240mm petal disc up front and a 130mm drum unit at the rear on the top variant. On the base variant, TVS offers a front drum brake at a lower price. The Raider rolls on 17-inch alloys shod with TVS Remora tyres measuring 80-section at the front and 100-section at the rear.
The TVS Raider packs a 10-litre fuel tank, with a seat height of 780mm. At 123kg kerb, the Raider is fairly light for its segment.
