States Under Atal Bhujal Yojana

Agencies to implement the Atal Bhujal Yojana

The Central Ground Water Board (CGWB), which falls under the Ministry of Jal Shakti and was formerly known as the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development, and Ganga Rejuvenation at the time of the scheme’s launch, will oversee its implementation at the national level.
