As part of the Jagananna Sampoorna Gruha Hakku Scheme, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has established a loan facility with a one-time settlement plan for all concerned applicants. Additionally, he stated that each candidate for the Guntur municipal corporation paid Rs 20,000. They also didn’t have to go to court to get clear title to their own private property. By mortgaging their homes, the applicants were able to obtain a loan of 300,000 Rupees. Their families will be happier as a result of this sum. As a result of the implementation of this program, the applicants will receive Rs 15,000 and will not have to pay the registration fee or stamp duties in full. This OTS program resulted in the forgiveness of debts totaling Rs 10,000 crore. Additionally, the Rs 1600 crore stamp duty was waived by the government.

- Citizens who have constructed homes using their own funds on government-allocated land do not have full rights; however, they can register for Rs 10 as well.
- The government has spent Rs 6000 crore just on free registration under this scheme. To take advantage of the program, beneficiaries must pay Rs 10,000 in villages, Rs 15,000 in municipalities, and Rs 20,000 in municipal corporations.
- If the loan amount is less than the amount that is needed, the beneficiaries can get the rights to their property. They can pay off the loan balance if this happens.
