This Fellowship is open to the following students:
The applicant must have earned a grade point average of at least 60% in both their graduation and postgraduate studies.
The applicant should not be older than 35 years old.
The Ph.D.-seeking applicants are both D and the Ph.D. students getting ready to register D might apply here.
