TATA IPL Players Auction List : The final list of 405 players for the auction pool has been announced by TATA IPL (Indian Premier League) 2023. On December 23, it will be auctioned in Kochi during a mini-auction. At first, there were 991 players in total, with 10 teams shortlisting a total of 369 players.
A total of 36 players have been added to the Final list, out of a total of 405 players. 273 are Indians and 132 are international players. 119 capped players, 282 uncapped players, and four associate nation players make up the total number of capped players (played for their country). Out of a total of 87 slots, 30 are set aside for foreign players at the moment. With 19 overseas players opting to be placed in the highest bracket, the reserve price is INR 2 crore.
TATA IPL 2023 Players Auction List
The Delhi Capitals have two IPL foreign slots left and will participate in the mini-auction with a INR 19.45 crore purse. A total of 19 international players have chosen to be placed in the top bracket, with the highest reserve price set at INR 2 crores. With a base price of INR 1 crore, two Indian players (Manish Pandey and Mayank Agarwal) are on the list of 20 cricketers. INR 206.5 crore is left in the auction pool. The auction pot of Rs. 42.25 crore is held by Sunrisers Hyderabad, while the least auction pot of 7.05 crore is held by Kolkata Knight Riders.
Each squad will get an extra Rs 5 crore in addition to their Rs 90 crore salary cap for the auction. The Mumbai Indians announced Kieron Pollard (former West Indies captain) as their IPL retirement on Tuesday. At 2:30 p.m. IST on December 1, the auction will begin.
