Parshuram Jayanti- परशुराम जंयती हिन्दू धर्म के भगवान विष्णु के छठे अवतार की जयंती के रूप में मनाया जाता है। परशुराम जी की जयंती हर वर्ष वैशाख के महीने में शुक्ल पक्ष तृतीय के दौरान आता है। भृगुश्रेष्ठ महर्षि जमदग्नि ने पुत्र प्राप्ति के लिए यज्ञ किया और देवराज इन्द्र को प्रसन्न कर पुत्र प्राप्ति का वरदान पाया। महर्षि की पत्नी रेणुका ने वैशाख शुक्ल तृतीय पक्ष में परशुराम को जन्म दिया था।
ऐसा माना जाता है कि भगवान विष्णु ने परशुराम के रूप अवतार तब लिया था। जब पृथ्वी पर बुराई हर तरफ फैली हुई थी। योद्धा वर्ग, हथियारों और शक्तियों के साथ, अपनी शक्ति का दुरुपयोग कर लोगों पर अत्याचार करना शुरू कर दिया था। भगवान परशुराम ने इन दुष्ट योद्धाओं को नष्ट करके ब्रह्मांडीय संतुलन को बनाये रखा था।

Lord Parashurama is also known as Rama Jamadagnaya, Rama Bhargava and Veerarama in Hindu scriptures. Parashurama is worshiped as the original man or founder of the Niyogi Bhumidhikari Brahmin, Chitalpan, Daivadanya, Mohal, Tyagi, Anavil and Nambudiri Brahmin communities. According to Hindu belief, Parashurama still lives on earth, unlike all other avatars. Therefore, unlike Rama and Krishna, Parashurama is not worshipped. In South India, at the holy place of Pajaka near Udupi, there exists a large temple commemorating Parashurama.
There are many temples on the west coast of India dedicated to Lord Parshuram. According to the Kalki Purana, Parashurama, the tenth incarnation of Lord Vishnu, would be the teacher of Kalki and would teach her about warfare. Parashurama would ask Vishnu avatar Kalki to do penance and receive the divine weapon of Lord Shiva. This is not the first time that the 6 avatars of Lord Vishnu will meet another avatar. According to the Ramayana, Parashurama came to the wedding ceremony of Sita and Lord Rama and met the 7th avatar of Lord Vishnu.

Parashuram Jayanti 2023:- परशुराम शब्द का अर्थ क्या है ?
परशुराम दो शब्दों से मिलकर बना हुआ है। परशु अर्थात “कुल्हाड़ी” तथा “राम” । इन दो शब्दों को मिलाने पर “कुल्हाड़ी के साथ राम” अर्थ निकलता है। जैसे राम, भगवान विष्णु के अवतार हैं, उसी प्रकार परशुराम भी विष्णु के अवतार हैं। इसलिए परशुराम को भी विष्णुजी तथा रामजी के समान शक्तिशाली माना जाता है।
परशुराम के अनेक नाम हैं। इन्हें रामभद्र, भार्गव, भृगुपति, भृगुवंशी (ऋषि भृगु के वंशज), जमदग्न्य (जमदग्नि के पुत्र) के नाम से भी जाना जाता है।

वैशाख शुक्ल पक्ष तृतीया तिथि त्रेतायुग आरम्भ की तिथि मानी जाती है और इसे अक्षय तृतीया भी कहते है इसी दिन भगवान परशुराम जी का जन्म हुआ था। भागवत अनुसार हैहयवंश राजाओं के निग्रह के लिए अक्षय तृतीया के दिन जन्म परशुराम जी का जन्म हुआ। जमदग्नि व रेणुका की पांचवी सन्तान रूप में परशुराम जी पृथ्वी पर अवतरीत होते हैं इनके चार बड़े भाई रूमण्वन्त, सुषेण, विश्व और विश्वावसु थे अक्षय तृतीया को भगवान श्री परशुराम जी का अवतार हुआ था जिस कारण यह परशुराम जयंती के नाम से विख्यात है। भगवान परशुराम जी शास्त्र एवम् शस्त्र विद्या के ज्ञाता थे। प्राणी मात्र का हित ही उनका सर्वोपरि लक्ष्य रहा।
परशुराम जी तेजस्वी, ओजस्वी, वर्चस्वी महापुरूष रहे। परशुराम जी अन्याय का निरन्तर विरोध करते रहे उन्होंने दुखियों, शोषितों और पीड़ितों की हर प्रकार से रक्षा व सहायता की। भगवान परशुराम जी की जयंती की अक्षततिथि तृतीया का भी अपना एक अलग महत्त्व है। इस तारीख को किया गया कोई भी शुभ कार्य फलदायक होता है। अक्षत तृतीया तिथि को शुभ तिथि माना जाता है इस तिथि में बिना योग निकाले भी कार्य होते हैं। भगवान परशुराम की जयंती हिंदू धर्मावलंबियों द्वारा बड़ी धूम-धाम से मनाई जाती है। प्राचीन ग्रंथों में इनका चरित्र अलौकिक लगता है। महर्षि परशुराम उनका वास्तविक नाम तो राम ही था जिस वजह से यह भी कहा जाता है कि ‘राम से पहले भी राम हुए हैं’।
Parashuram Jayanti 2023:- परशुराम जयंती पूजा विधि कैसे करें ?
- सबसे पहले आप अपने आसपास किसी नदी में जाकर स्नान कर लें और यदि आपके आसपास कोई नदी नही है तो गंगाजल थोड़े पानी में मिलाकर भी स्नान कर सकते है।
- आपको व्रत करना है जिसमे आपको किसी भी प्रकार का अन्न नही खाना है अगर कोई बच्चा या बड़ा भी भूख लगे तो फलाहार कर सकते है।
- भगवान परशुराम की तस्वीर के सामने आकर दीप जला लें और पूजा करके भोग लगा दें।
- भोग लगाने के बाद आपको कुछ मात्रा में प्रसाद लेना है तो अपने आसपास बांट दे या हिंदू गरीबों में बांट दे और आपको हिंदू धार्मिक ग्रंथ श्रीमद भागवत का पाठ नियमित तौर पर करना चाहिए।

Parashuram Jayanti 2023:- परशुराम जयंती वंश के विनाश की पीछे की कहानी ?
Lord Parshuram was the son of sage Jamadagni and mother Renuka. He was born in a Brahmin clan. When he was born, there was a high yoga of six planets in the sky. Then his father and sage Jamadagni, who was included in the Sapta Rishi, had come to know that his child would be very mighty.
King Sahastrarjuna of the Haihay dynasty was continuously torturing the brahmins and sages because of his power and pride. According to ancient legends and stories, once Sahastrarjuna along with his army reached the hermitage of Jamadagri Muni, the father of Lord Parshuram. Jamdagri Muni welcomed the army and arranged for food and drink in his ashram.
Muni satisfied the hunger of all the soldiers with the milk of the miraculous Kamdhenu cow of the ashram. Impressed by the miracle of Kamdhenu cow, greed arose in his mind. After this, he forcefully snatched the Kamdhenu cow from Jamdagri Muni. When Parshuram came to know about this, he killed Sahastrarjuna.
The sons of Sahastrarjun killed Parshuram’s father to take revenge and Lord Parshuram’s mother committed sati on the funeral pyre in separation from the father. Seeing 21 wounds on his father‘s body, Parshuram took a vow that he would kill all the Kshatriya clans from this earth. After this, he fulfilled his vow by destroying the Kshatriyas from the earth 21 times.
Lord Parshuram also used to get angry more. Even Ganapati Maharaj himself could not escape from his anger. Once when Parshuram reached Kailash to have a darshan of Lord Shiva, Ganesha did not allow him to meet him. Enraged by this, he broke a tooth of Lord Ganesha with his fur. For this reason, Lord Ganesha came to be known as Ekadanta.
