आपको एक कहानी सुनाता हूं । हमने अपना एक नया सेटअप शुरु किया था । एक वीडियों एडीटर की जरुरत थी । हम पैसा देने को भी तैयार थे । लेकिन हमें कोई विडियो एडिटर नहीं मिल रहा था । हमारी संस्था ने वैकेंसी निकाली । जिसके बाद हमारे पास तीन दिन में करीब 18 बच्चे आये थे । ज्वाइनिंग के लिए फ्रेशर हो या अनुभवी हो इसकी कोई बाध्यता नहीं थी । अगर बाध्यता थी तो बस इतनी कि जो कोई भी हो उसे काम सही तरीके से आना चाहिए । फिर चाहे वह फ्रेशर हो या अनुभवी उसके हिसाब से उसे पैसे मिल जायेगे । पहले दिन हम लोगो ने करीब 10 लोगो का इंटरव्यू लिया । सब के सब देखने में स्मार्ट , अच्छा पहने हुये थे । उसमें से अधिकतर बाइक से आये थे । एक दो लोग कार से भी आये थे । एक नजर में सभी लोग काबिल दिख रहे थे । जैसे ही काम करने के लिए सिस्टम दिया गया । वह वही ढेर हो जाते है । तीन दिन तक ऐसा ही चलता रहा । हम निराश हो गये। हम लोग सोच रहे थे कि यह किस तरह के लोग है जिनके पास अपने काम की जानकारी को छोड़कर बाकी सब कुछ है । (काबिल बनो)
तीसरे दिन हमारे पास एक ऐसा बच्चा आया । जो बिल्कुल अस्त व्यस्त था । जिसकी सफेद शर्ट गंदी थी । बाल बिखरे हुए थे । बहुत पुराने टाईप का चश्मा था और एक बैग था । उस लड़के की उम्र करीब 23 साल रही होगी । हम पहले से ही हताश थे । उस लड़के का हुलिया देखकर लगा । क्या सच में यह जॉब के लिए ही आया है । खैर दो मिनट की बातचीत में पता चल गया कि वह अपने काम को लेकर काफिडेंस में है । जब उसे काम करने के लिए सिस्टम दिया गया और वह की बोर्ड से खेलना शुरु किया । तभी पता चल गया । बाहर से चाहे जैसा भी दिख रहा है, लेकिन अंदर से सॉलिड है । उसके बाद ज्यादा कुछ कहने सुनने के लिए नहीं था । उसको ऑफर लेटर देकर ज्वाइनिंग करना दी गयी । (काबिल बनो)

वो और दौर था । जब लोग एम.ए, बी.ए, एम.एस.सी , बी.ए.सी करके अच्छी जॉब पा लेते थे । अब दौर व्यवसायिक डिग्रियों का है । व्यवसायिक डिग्री से मतलब टेक्निकल डिग्री से है जैसे , बी.बी.ए, एम.बी.ए, एम.सी.ए , एम.एम.सी जैसे पचासो कोर्स है । जो आपको टेक्निकल डिग्री देते है । इंजिनियरिंग और मेडिकल भी टेक्निकल डिग्री है इन डिग्रियों की वजह से आपकी मांग मार्केट में हमेशा बनी रहेगी । इनकी कमी को पूरा नहीं किया जा सकता है । इसलिए सिर्फ डिग्री के लिए न पढे । ऐसे डिग्री के लिए पढे, जो आपको कमाऊ बना सके । (काबिल बनो)

आखिर में मै आपलोगो से बस यही कहूंगा । वक्त बदलने के साथ ही बहुत सी कहानियां भी बदल गयी है । पहले कहते थे कि “खेलोगे कूदोगे बनोगे खराब , पढोगे लिखोगे बनोगे नवाब” लेकिन अब ऐसा नही है । केवल पढने वाले ही नवाब बनते है । वक्त बदलने के साथ साथ इतने विकल्प तैयार हो गये है कि अगर आप खेलने में भी अब्बल है तो आपके पीछे साहब भी टहल सकते है । कुल मिलाकर कहने का मतलब बस इतना है कि आप अगर अपने शौक को भी शानदार तरीके से जीते है तो वह आपका करियर बन सकता है । बशर्ते सवाल यही होगा कि क्या आप अपने शौक में भी काबिल है । अगर काबिल है तब कामयाबी की चिंता मत करीये । लगे रहीये । एकदिन आप जीत जायेगे ।
